Are you stuck? Stepping into a new role? Trying to figure out something in your work or personal life and can’t quite make the pieces come together? People seek out coaching for lots of different reasons, but the common denominator is that they’re looking for some help and support in making a change or sorting out something in their lives.

My coaching approach starts with a conversation about your goals and what you’d like to get from a coaching relationship. Depending on what you need, I’ll write up a proposal for our work, a timeframe, and goals so we’re both clear on what to expect and how we’ll work together. From there, we’ll set a schedule and begin our coaching sessions. I’ve received enormous benefit from coaching, and want my coaching to be accessible. As a result, I work on a sliding scale, and part of our “getting started” will involve agreeing on a rate that’s fair and affordable for us both.

I take a holistic approach to coaching, and believe that our best leadership comes from the intersection and integration of our personal, professional, and spiritual values and beliefs. In my coaching work, I have supported leaders from national nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. I believe that leadership is a practice that can be grown and developed with intention, effort, and love. I have a particular interest in the “daily practices” that help to support leaders in being the change that they want to create in the world. And, I would love the opportunity to support you.
